How is revenue calculated? A player's revenue equals their total contribution to the rake, and their total contribution to tournament fees while playing at FullTiltPoker.com, minus any credits, bonuses paid, FTP costs, charge backs, or costs directly attributable to the player. See the Affiliate Agreement for more details.
