I think the correct answer here is yes and no. Every month my affiliate puts my rakeback money in my account so it is possible. I send Eurobet a message a few days ago asking if I could make transfers. Here is their answer:
[i]Dear Mr. Armour, Thank you for contacting us. Please be advised that transfer of funds is not possible between any players on our website or poker game. Kind Regards, Dimitris, Eurobet customer services Is it possible for me to transfer funds from my account to another? If so what are the restrictions on this and the cashout requirements for both accounts?[i/] |

This is true. Affiliates can transfer money into a player's account only if that player is one of their clients. Player accounts only cannot make player to player transfers.
