Villain appears to be TAG after a small amount of hands.

Well I have 8 high, so it's certainly not for value... I think I can take the pot fairly often here, I was trying somethig new. When I bet I thought the K was a diamond (don't play drunk), and I do think it's better if the K wasn't a heart. On the other hand, if he does have a hand he's going to call me down with the heart at least might give some outs. I don't know.

I agree that you would be better off if the K wasn't a heart. "Adopted draw" is one of the first thoughts into my mind when I see a donkbet when a second or third flush card hits.

Yes. I also likely have OK outs if he does have a hand he decides to show down, so I figure I can profitably call the flop bet. But there's a good chance that he doesn't, and it won't be easy for him to call the turn bet in this small pot.

If the K was a diamond then I'd often play it the same. Given that it's a heart, I think I prefer check-call the turn, donk some rivers, because setting yourself up for a turn raise here sucks.

why is this an auto call on the flop? Small pot, 8 high, why not just muck and move on.
