Party Tourney Summaries and PT

I have recently started playing more tournies on Party (I normally play cash on Prima) and I am having a little difficulty getting all my hand and tourney data into PT (I'm used to not being able to record tourney HHs at all with Prima!).

The problem seems to be obtaining the tournament summaries. I have several entries in my tourney "General Info" tab which list as N/A, and I assume this is because I do not have the tournament summary for each of those tournaments. Now it used to be that whenever I left (or won!) a tourney, a window would pop up asking me if I wanted the tourney summary to be emailed to me, but now that pop-up does not appear. How am I supposed to get the tournament summaries, if that is indeed the reason why I am missing info, and if it isn't the reason, then what is?
