I believe it is irresponsible to negatively use the word "gay" out of the context of sexual preference, considering it's colloquial meaning in North America. We're really discussing the perceived over-exploitation of the semi-bluff. In order make this clear, and to acknowledge the psychological impact on oneself of an opponent playing in this style, I propose we refer to such a playing style as "snarf-betting". This is because snarfing is a genuinely disgusting act, while being gay is not offensive in itself.
