Default top pair + big draw against very aggressive pf raiser

Anything different I could have done? Not cap the flop? Check the turn?

Pre-flop I fold, but that horse has been beaten to death.

Flop, I don't mind the aggressiveness since you are a favorite against virtually every one pair hand and may have the best hand.

Turn, I think betting or checking is close. It depends on why you capped the flop. Were you pushing a small edge? Do you think you have the best hand?

River, certainly trying to be an expert fold. I dunno though against someone so aggressive. Sure you are behind a lot here, but I am not sure you are behind more than 1 out of 11 times. I call.

I like your preflop call against this type of player, I would have just called the 3 bet on the flop, as his aggressiveness probably wouldn't slow if we hit a straight or another T.

I would never fold this river if I call the raise on turn.

I would have called a non-heart, non-A river.

I think you should just call the flop 3 bet here. Then call the turn, and call the river so long as a heart A or K doesn't come off. It's hard to get aggressive with someone like this because of the possibility that he can do what he did with a hand that you beat on the turn.

Does anyone ever consider folding preflop here because this seems like the exact type of player that is capable of putting you in these spots where you may fold the best hand? Not saying I do it, just a thought.

Did 3-betting the turn ever cross your mind?

I think it's opposite preflop.

Against aggressor players I love this hand a lot more than against tight players who aren't stealing as much. The aggressive is gonna pay me off more in the long run. I also feel I will outplay them postflop for them to make bad calls. Against a tight player they will call down more correctly or incorrectly but with better hands.
