When can I expect to find HOH II in my local Barnes and Nobles

Hi Panda:

We have shipped the books out. I would expect them to appear in Borders any day, and B&N usually takes a little longer, so I'll gurss a week.

I found it at my local Borders on Friday. There were a bunch of them. It looked like they had just stocked them.

I haven't gotten very far into it yet, but so far, it's terrific.

What the hell, my Borders still doesn't have them...and when I was like, "Can you give me a date?" they replied, "Uhhhhh, soon maybe..." As you can tell, I am getting a bit hostile. If they don't get them in today, I am wreaking havoc on that entire store, including the music section. No remorse. [img]/images/graemlins/mad.gif[/img]

hahaha I am looking forward to it too, but not that angry about it. I have checked all of my local Borders (I live 30 seconds from the Philadelphia NW border) and none of them have it yet.

Listen to this: I called them today, and asked if they had HoH II yet, and he said, "Yeah, we should have it, let me go get it. You want one copy?", and I was so pumped, "Yeah!". He comes, back, "Ok, we just had one left." I was like, "Hmmmm, are you sure it's volume two? It has the red cover...". "Oh, no, this is 1. Let me check on two...Uhhh, yeah, we don't have that one. Found one and only copy in Borders at Union Square in SF. Was probably the 5th different store and 3rd Borders I looked in. Thought I was on another wild goose chase and nearly sucked all the air out of the store when I saw it, especially because there was only ONE copy of HOHII hidden between about 15 copies of HOHI.

Hi giddyyup:

Demand for this title has been like nothing we ever saw before, and even though Borders ordered a lot of them, I don't expect them to last very long. I suspect that the store where you found the one copy had already sold several others.

Also, for everyone else, we (Two Plus Two) are located in th West. What this means is that the West Coast stores usually get the books before the rest of the country. But everything has been shipped.
