I've heard 51%. Is this correct? Any tips on where and how to research this going back 5, 10, 20 years??

Underdogs are 1574-1466-93 over the last 13 years.

It must be ATS, because there haven't been anywhere close to 93 ties in the last 13 years.

He started by saying It's 51%, correct? so I took that to clearly mean he wanted ATS results.

not with -104 pricing, but the edge is so small that it doesn't matter.
