Are all Paul Phillips threads locked?

All threads discussing this issue seem to be locked, which is surprising because the issue obviously hasn't been resolved, and many posters here seem to be interested in discussing it.

I understand consolidating this issue into one thread.

What isn't clear is whether we are forbidden from discussing this issue further. Will all posts raising this issue be locked/deleted in the future?

Will anyone discussing the issue be sitebanned?

We'd appreciate some clarification/guidance here from the mods.

Actually, it's been resolved. Paul left. The posters can discuss it till they die...Paul left.

Btw, Paul left, topic is done. That is why they were locked. That and people really need something else to discuss this next week.

while I think the round and round was getting tiresome, locking EVERY thread about it - is wrong.

that said - this will be locked/deleted soon.

The thing is, we don't have any clear guidelines as to what is acceptable for discussion or comment.

Does locking prior threads on this topic mean the topic is now forbidden? Will we be sitebanned for bringing it up?

I would just like to know what the rules are.

Honestly - I'm sure Dynasty and the owners are just tired of the discussion. It got beaten into the ground pretty efficiently. I'm just waiting for Paul's response in his LJ...should be entertaining.

Why we find ourselves reading all of this crap is the real question to ask.

Regardless of whether it's an unhealthy addiction of mine to read such threads...I don't think that
"Honestly - I'm sure Dynasty and the owners are just tired of the discussion" is a valid excuse for locking a thread.

Are we just going to go around and lock every thread that they are bored with?

Ummm, why not just talk about the World Poker Tour, etc.? That is the reason for this forum!

There's been other threads that have gone on waaaaay longer than this one on topics waaaay more banal that had waaaay less to do with the 2 2 community. But those other topics didn't directly criticize 2 2, and they were not locked. Is there a connection here? Draw your own conclusions.

This issue has been resolved. Mason's decision to ban Paul Phillips has been overturned by the vote. Paul has been unbanned and is free to post on 2+2. However, I don't hink you'll see Paul back. Based on my e-mail from him, he simply isn't interested.
