Default 10+1 party 99 bubble

After lurking here for several months I've decided to post some hands to see how I'm doing. I'm just getting the hang of pushing but not too sure about this one. If I was first in I would push easily.

NL Texas Hold'em $10 Buy-in + $1 Entry Fee Level:5 Blinds(75/150)

Seat 8 is the button
Total number of players : 4
Seat 5: SkillsUSA ( $340 )
Seat 3: JR1878 ( $5300 )
Seat 2: HERO ( $725 )
Seat 8: alexa362 ( $1635 )
Trny:18040457 Level:5
Blinds(75/150)
** Dealing down cards **
Dealt to HERO [ 9h 9d ]
SkillsUSA folds.
alexa362 calls [150].
HERO ?

Short stack was folding everything. Big stack had folded all my pushes on the last couple of rounds. Villain was calling most blinds and min raising premium hands

This is a tough one but I think I would push, unless alexa's limping is very unusual here. Skills does have to go in the bb next hand but one double up and you're right back in the mire again.

I think a complete would be terrible as JR should push any two if you do, not to mention it's actually quite a chunk of your stack.

When do blinds go up?

I push this just because I think a majority of the time he will fold and more than half the times he calls we are way ahead or ahead in a coinflip. 375 chips is a nice addition to your stack and will help you ITM.
