You don't know Jim Brier? His user name here is the same. He and Bob Ciaffone co-wrote the book Middle Limit Holdem Poker. Do a search in the older archives and you'll find many of his posts. It's too bad he isn't as active here any more.

jim brier is a non 2+2 poker-writer.
his article first appeared in cardplayer a few weeks ago and has received MUCHO discussion in several different threads on 2+2 (general, SS and B/S forums all had seperate threads on it I think). NPA stated that the first issue of the 2+2 magazine would include his response to Jim's article. I'm sure it was simply re-printed in the 2+2 magazine just to give Ed's response some context for those who did not read it the first time around.
