Poker tracker - help

When I try to import my hands from multipoker i get this message:

Import Finished With Errors - The import finished but there were errors. The error messages were written to a file named d:\program\poker tracker v2\PTAI_ErrorFile_20050922_201349.txt - 22 file(s) read - 0 new hand(s) were imported.

the file says:

Error chip count not a valid number for player <name>
and repeats this line with differend names.

Any suggestions?

I do not know what this means (sounds like the file is not of the expected format somehow), but suggest that you try posting this on the PokerTracker forums. I'm certain someone there will know.
