1) Bunky needs to change the date due to a conflict. I think it will be one week later

[/ QUOTE ]

I hope this isn't true. If you move it to the next saturday, I will be unable to attend. I will be hanging out with these guys:

I heard that they are a pretty rowdy bunch (at least my daughter thinks so).

Just spoke to my P.O. (wife), and I am oficially in on Bunkfest 2005!

JBB, any chance of you meeting me at Grand Central?

I also spoke to Joe Tall, he sounded very interested.

Do you need a chaperone Joe? You can walk from Grand Central to the Shake Shack. Its only about 18 blocks. My office is right around the corner from there.

I know Grand Central, Nat Shermans, Mickey Mantles, and the ESB. Thats about it for my NYC knowledge.

So to answer your question, yes I do need a chaperone!

I just didn't want to go alone and not know where the hell I was going. I MIGHT have Joe Tall in tow, if he goes. I will PM you if I go through Grand Central.

Has the date been changed? Is it still the same date? Thats VERY important.

The date for this has changed. I realized by my significat other that I have a prepaid event to attend on the 23rd so it will be Saturday July 30th instead. Sorry for any inconvenience to anyone. I will start a new thread when we are a couple weeks out. But I wnated to put this up to give people plenty of notice.

Oh yeah and JoeU, why the hell are you going to Sesame Place during the summer on a weekend? You must like waiting in lines.

I take my daughter out of school every year on my birthday (June 2nd) and take her up to sesame Place on a weekday when schoolis in session. You pretty much have the run of the park. Just a nice little helpful hint for you.

The daycare she goes to is closed for 2 weeks (she's 2), and we needed to fill her time as well as take time off to watch her while they were closed. The Sesame Place part is my wife's idea. We'll be there Wednesday through Saturday, so hopefully the lines won't be that bad.

If its any consolation, I might be staying at the Taj on the 30th as a one day "me" trip on the way home.

Looks like I'll just have to wait until Bunkfest 2006. Hope everyone has a great time!
