Default -EV $ vs mental health

I keep track of my $ by week. Starts Sun, ends Sat. Well, the past sun-Fri sucked. I havent been positive at all during this time.

Well, this morning (sat), i was finally up $100 for the week. Since tommorow starts a new week for me, I've decided to stop playing for the rest of today and end my week on
the positive side.

I know this is -EV in terms of $ for a winning player, but I rather have the mental peace and happy feeling. Since i dont have a cash crunch, I rather not risk this happy state for a few hundred $.

If i didnt want the option of being happy at what I'm doing, I'd have stayed at my old job

If you didnt need the $, would you still grind it out and risk feeling crappy again?

I would play 3 33s, and stop playing if I OOTM'd them all, banking 1$ for the week.
