1st one, 6-7-8-9-10 hi str8 for vic

2nd one, str8 holds

3rd one, board is 4-4-7-6-5 . . they both make 8 high str8 with Vic's 8-10 and Ed's 5-8

they chop it 50/50

well, I'm not that smart when it comes to some poker concepts, besides, don't hands have absolute value even in no limit pre flop? AA better absolute value than say 72os. I don't know. Again, I'm assuming he means any two cards can push a player off a hand in no limit post flop.

I think he was referring to that poker (being a people game) has many more variables than naked numbers, and hence no hand has an absolute value that applies to every situation.

EDIT: by naked numbers I mean showdown value percentages
