CS and its not even close.

But prepare for a poker-esque learning curve.

I pop in and play for a while, when Im breaking from poker, never gets old.

It's about as far as you can get from army-inspired FPS, but Civilization 4 just came out and is excellent.

bf2 is pretty fun and they also have a new expansion pack about to come out in november
