In a Raid

I was playing a card club, got raided had 1k
on the table....Took the money did not arrest me....will I ever get my money back or should I just move on

if the club owner ever wants to reopen you will. if they try to re open without paying people back as best as they can, they will never get anyone to come back

I've been in a few raids. gambling is a very minor crime. just call the detective in charge and tell him you want your money back. usually they will give it to unless you were running the game.

Cash? Chips? Chips would be siezed as evidence, I doubt they will count your stack for you when it is siezed.

I'm almost certain they will count the chips and note the color--if its siezed as evidence. Although, they may not ascribe the same dollar value that the card room does to those chips.
