so how do I figure out if I stink or if I'm just running bad?

I posted a couple of hands (thanks to those who replied), and for those hands people didn't really object to my play.

what do most people do? I can't post every hand.

unfortunately, you can't.

but one thing i'll say, "variance" isoverstated in these forums. I dont dispute the mathematics...of course we all have bad runs. But too many times here someone runs bad and chalk it to "variance" and throw their hands in the air. Really, many of these bad runs are a combonation of substandard play AND bad luck.

So, if you are runnign bad now, it probably IS some bad luck, but dont attribute it all to that.

Oh, and keep posting hands.
And perhaps find yourself a bunndy to swap HHs with....find the things you and him do differntly, and pow-wow over those areas until both of you are in agreement.

You could ask someone to go over an entire tournament. Not just the really big pots or bust out hands.
