I don't like the lead on the river. They are probably value raising AJ or just hit their set of nines. If you really believe that your AKo UI is good here 1-6.5 times then checkcall, if not I'm looking to check fold since we don't have a read on the villian

Here's some great advice I got about playing AKo headsup out of position.

In your case He didn't raise you, but I really don't see you winning. This is the exact line most thinking players take headsup up against a suspected bluff. I'm not sure whether to give up on the turn or river, but I think the river. If he called your turn bet he is definitely calling your river bet, so betting again with a hand that beats AQ, AT, KQ, and about no other CO raising hands (T8s?) when you know you are going to be called is not a good play. I would check/fold the river.

I'd probably check/call the river. A read would help though.

I would either bet/fold or check/call the river. I dont like the bet/call line there.

I think I like the check/call.

Check call the river, I don't think your going to drive out a better hand and you may induce a worse one to bet.

I don't really see the point of your river bet. No pair is folding...and AQ is folding. Suck it up and check-call.
