Do you guys understand that some people are willing to give up some amount of profit in order to add some fun and gamble to their games? If he's excellent postflop, and picks his moments, he won't even lose that much profit.

No, I have to tighten up. One the cryptos, prior to the mico limits, 30% VPIP was tighter than many players at $1-2 or 1-2 GBP but most of the looser players seemed to have dropped down to the micro's and I don't want to play there.

I want to move up and tighter and more aggressive is what it takes. I'm getting there. Change isn't always easy.

It's natural for you to miss playing all those hands as you go through the process of tightening up. Intelectually you realize you're giving money away and this process is something that must happen for you to move up successfully. Now what needs to happen is an emotional adjustment - an attitude shift. Get your ego involved if that'll help, think of how you look down on poor players. Do you want to be one of those suckers? Do you want them laughing when they're stacking your chips? No. No, fold and move on to the next hand. Try to absorb this lesson on a deeper level, eventually it will be something you believe in instead of something you know you're supposed to do but don't really want to, like eating your vegetables.

I'll be accepting this money on behalf of the rake. The rake would like to thank all the people that think this way.

I made an accurate statement, until they added micros, I was one of the tighter players on the crypto $1-2 tables. VPIP of 40%+ was a common sight. Those days are gone so it is kinda like the dinosaurs, adapt or die.

You obviously missed the point of my post. I was saying that the rake, particularly in games as small as 1/2, so effectively so high that even if you were the tightest player at a table with a vpip of 30 there's a good chance you would still be losing money. I never said that you were lying about anything you said, just that the conclusions you inferred were inaccurate.
