HOH vol 1 is for early tourney play, M=50-100, so the same basic thought can apply to cash. Ive actually done quite well on cash just with concepts from this book, but I am wanting to expand.

vol 2 is a different beast - tourney's only.

Ive read HEFAP and dont like it for NL, some of those concepts are for limit only I think (granted, higher limit)
