Default worst beat ive ever seen

I am now set in my belief that holdem helps stupid players. Tonight I was playing and I had A-9 off suit. The flop hits A diamonds, 2 diamonds, 5 hearts. I bet 200, my opponent folds, another opponent folds but then a second later decides to put me all in to "get the game moving." He was a new player so I was confident I have him beat. I was in 2nd last chip position, or else I would have let him fold to take the blinds, but I needed chips and I KNEW I had him dominated because he has no idea how to play. I call, he has Queen 4, only one diamond. I laugh at him because he has no pair and no draw. The river shows a 3 of diamonds, giving him a closed straight and flush draw. I'm still about 75% to win so I'm not nervous. The river shows a 5 of clubs, giving him the A-5 straight. I was speechless and still am 3 hours later.

I'm thinking of hanging up my poker for good now, thats how damaging this was.

cant believe you let the player back in after he folded.. and if you keep on putting in bad beats on this form you will get reemed by other players on this form..

That was my very first thought. Why would you let a player back in after he folded? THAT'S the mistake, not that he played cards he shouldn't have.

That's result-oriented thinking. If you have top pair and your opp. is minded to fold, don't you think you have the advantage? If he says fold and then a few seconds later says wait, can I change my mind, you make a read. If you think he's not angling, then it's +EV to let him put more money in as a dog.

Do you have ENOUGH of an advantage to overcome 100% success on the flop when they fold?
Limit, probably. NL, getting knocked out once may not make you as happy about getting +EV calls

you did not give other suits, but I used the worse for you.
You got a guy all in in a situation where you are ~78% to win. Good job, and do NOT complain about a hand like that in future.
I guarantee you that many many other players here have seen much worse than that.

Naaaaah, not even a 4%. That's a two outer on the river -- yawn. Hey, I got beat what I think is about a 50,000-1 shot (two consecutive hands in a MTT) and decided no one really cares.

More to the point -- we're missing a lot of facts here, which could change the analysis, but .... If I'm short-stacked and want to make my stand, I usually want something a bit better than A-9o.
