Vegas Car Service

I'm back in Vegas Friday and wanted to avoid the long cab line if possible. Is there a car / sedan service that anyone here has used? Most of the ones I've looked at have hourly minimums and all I really want is a private car to pick me up at the airport and drop me off at the strip with no waiting.

I've never done this, but a good trick (I heard) is to find a red cap to take your bags (even if it's just one). Tip him and he will take you to an entrance and put you at the front of the cab line. I'm definitely going to do this next time.
