Default UKB/TB money-taking still unresolved. Please respond.

When Totalbet and UKB removed uncleared bonuses, they also removed actual earned money from my account and I thought others also had this happen. Despite several e-mails and phone calls to Totalbet, this has still been unresolved (from my point of view). They keep claiming only unearned bonus money was taken. I thought other posters had similar complaints as me. However, there has been nothing about it posted and a previous post of mine about this on this forum did not get a response from anyone. Didn't this happen to a lot of others? Has anyone had this satisfactorily resolved?
Am I alone with this issue? Thanks for any relevant response.

Just a question: Did you have backlogged, uncleared bonuses from previous months (i.e. did you 'risk-free' any busted months)? I'm not suggesting that this would justify their actions, I'm just curious if this might be why.

I did have backlogged uncleared bonuses (they were not busted out, rather ones just not played), which I understand them taking from my balance (which includes earned and unearned money). However, my withdrawal limit, which is only money deposited, won, and bonuses already earned, was also lowered.
Didn't this also happen to others?

I just checked my totalbet account balance, and this happened to me as well. I had 3 months of uncleared bonuses (75 pounds total). On the last day of July I played enough to clear the requirement for one of the 25 pound bonuses, and busted out of the rest. I checked my withdrawal limit then, and it was 25 pounds higher than before. I logged in again today, and both the balance and withdrawal limit are 25 pounds less than after I cleared the bonus. I'm going to email then to see whats going on.

Wow, I just checked my UKBetting account and am missing 25 GBP from there as well. I had 75 GBP in uncleared bonus there as well, but I busted out of it while trying to clear the WR. So now UKBetting has taken 25 GBP of my own money, not money that was earned clearing the old casino bonus. This is really messed up

I think everyone that has had this happen needs to get on them about it. I'm surprised there has not been a bigger response as I was under the impression that this happened to many people and don't know if anyone has had it cleared up.

I have also been robbed of funds that were listed as withdrawable. Has anyone been able to solve the problem with support?

I think we need to keep pestering them with e-mails and phone calls until they make this right. I think phone calls are probably best.

I received responses from both TotalBet and UKBetting. TotalBet said that they received many emails about this and would get back to me in several days. UKBetting acknowledged that it was an error in their system, and that it would eventually be resolved. They said that they forwarded my info to the casino manager. It looks like this will be fixed, but it might take awhile since there are probably many complaining about this.
FYI, there is a thread on this at bonuswhores: BW thread

I got hosed on this too. The email that went out prior to August 1st saying casino bonuses would be taken away did not imply that we would have to worry about uncleared bonuses that we went bust on. I lost around 150 pounds on my own funds from this mess. Obviously, If I would have known they were going to take funds from own balance, I would have withdrawn. The thing that we have going against us is that we are dealing with one of the top 5 worst customer service departments in the history of mankind.

Anyway, I sure hope we get our money back--I just bought a house and I can buy a lawnmower with that money.
