This is meant to apply to both bonuses. I will try to make this more clear on the the site (I work there). Another note: When doing the signup bonus--it will clear concurrently with the monthly bonus.

It was back to 500 dealt when I did it at the end of July. I played it all on 1/2 LHE. I think it was supposed to be 250 raked at $1 min. Who knows what it will be this month.

I believe its B) 200 raked hands (min $1), at least it was last month. I know I cleared it in about 200 or so raked hands w/min $1 rake. I know its def not 500 hands w/min $1 rake or 500 dealt hands. Its unlikely to be just 200 dealt hands, as that would make it easier than what it used to be (500 dealt)
