Do you bet or continue to slowplay here? No reads, too early. How about the flop. Do you risk the heart falling to try and win a big pot? Are you folding pre-flop?

Preflop, it's an easy fold. But since you're here, I think I lead the turn for a quarter/third of the pot. If your villain is four to the flush, he'll come along for the ride now ... if the final heart doesn't fall on the river, you might not get anything out of him anyway.

I think a turn bet is the way to go in this situation. But I'm folding this preflop in a heartbeat next time.

So preflop.....Am i just bleeding chips trying to hit monsters with this crap out of the SB? I need at least trips to continue, but I must admit I will go broke with them. Huge leak huh?

implied odds are not there, you need to hit 2-pair or better which is something like 20:1, and you definitely wont stack anyone everytime you hit

Ok, leak is plugged. However, when is the correct time to call in the SB here? Deeper stacks? Maybe the obvious answer is never. I always thought completing the SB in the first hour was trivially due to the low risk. However I'm starting to think, "wow, I've probably gone broke here countless times when villain with 99 hits 9 on river." Or is this still flawed thinking as I had no business in the pot anyway? I would not complete this in a SNG though and I cannot find a reason to think this would be correct in a MTT. Wow, posting really undonks the mind. I need to do this more often!!!!

He's already getting 7:1, so he only needs to make up like 210 chips for it to be +EV, so since it's early in the tourney and the stacks are deepish, I don't think the call is awful.

That said, lead the flop, lead the turn. That's what's so difficult about playing trash in the SB, playing OOP.
