Default 200 KK turn fold

only have like 25 hands on villain but he is at 20/15ish and bought in for the full amount. we both have around 200.

4 handed
I get K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] UTG and raise to $6, Button and SB fold and BB calls.
Flop T [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]Q [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]9 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
Villain checks, I bet $8, he min check raises to $16. I call.
Turn 6 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
He bets $30 and I fold.

I could see a hand like AQ or QJ doing this or maybe JJ, but its a tough spot...difficult to know what kind of river bet you'll face. I think a good line might be to min-raise the turn, folding to a 3 bet and check behind on the river, or call a smallish bet if you read it to be a blocking bet.

Just a super weak fold. If behind, most likely 12 outs to improve. Good chance of being ahead as well.

Bet more on the flop, bet the turn

I prefer a bet of $8 preflop, but you need to pot the flop and bet the turn.

what do you mean 12 outs? are you referring to his potential 2 pair being counterfeited?

huh....why would u want to raise urself off the possible best hand/good draw by min-checkraising and folding to a 3 bet...that is terrible. lot of things to consider here not included in OP but u are behind here a good percetage of the time against sane opponent (that is assuming u are sane which i of course am assuming u are). if he is agressive or donk call the turn.
