Figured if I was going to play KJo from middle, I should raise it because I was first in. Took a stab at the pot on the flop, but threw in the towel on a raise. OK?

Since the board is pretty raggedy and there are no good draws on there the raise means often top pair or better, so you bet/fold is good imo
