Buy some chips and shuffle them at your desk. It seems to work in real life, maybe it'll work at your desk too :]

In live games: Talk to other players, focus on reads/tells, have a book, listen to music , etc

in the intraweb games: MSN, music, browse the internet, look at some pron, etc

If you're playing on the internet and get bored, take a break for half an hour or so and come back fresh. It'll save you money.

Tons of people get bored playing poker. In home games, my friends claim to all the time - I almost never do, though on occasion I do when playing online. A short (half hour to an hour) break usually works during my cash games. When playing a tourney, though, you need to be ready to sit down for a few hours and focus on the game.
