Default Check-raising the flop(OESD) then calling an all-in by shorter stack

UB - $50 NLHE table - 9 handed.

I'm in BB with 6 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 5 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] and $62.75

MP1($20.75) limps, CO($38.30) limps, button($41.10) limps, SB folds, I check.

FLOP($2.25): 4 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 3 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

I check, MP1 bets $2.25, folded to me, I check-raise to $7.50, MP1 pushes for $11.50($18 total) more, I call.

TURN($42.75): Q [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

RIVER($40.75 after $2 rake): Ah

MP1 showed K [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

If I did all this advanced calculus right, I was getting nearly 3-1 on my call, with no risk of any more ruin, and running about 2.4-1 to make my straight by the end...

Thoughts?

PS - I think it was more like 2.7-1 on the call... makes it a little tighter...
