Heads up against LAG K high

This was a full game that's getting down. Villain was fairly tight something like 16% VP$IP when we were playing fullring, nothing stuck out in my memory. He seems to be getting LAGgy now it's SH. 3 hands ago he tried to steal my BB from the SB with 73o. I think he views me as weak tight, either that or he's just not thinking and stepping up the agression due to it being 3 way.

Might get him to fold a better hand (probably only ace high), or knock out a 6 outer, I wasn't sure he'd bluff the river UI. You prefer just calling down?

I often make this raise too, but I'm never really comfortable with it.

WIth AK I'm fine calling down here, but K high makes me wanna do something.
