Default Neteller -> ING Direct transfers

I have an account with ING and Neteller. I saw in an older thread that someone suggested using the acocunt number and routing number from ING to transfer money there from Neteller. I called ING today to ask for this routing number and the guy started in questoning me why I needed it. I told him I wanted to transfer funds from Neteller and he said they don't recommend doing this.

Has anyone here linked up their accounts like this and have you had any problems doing so?

I have no problem at all. You ca get the routing info by going to the Direct Deposit form from the Account Details page.

I think somewhere on the help pages you can find your routing/branch number and then on your main page it gives your account number.

When I go to input this information into Neteller it says "Checking Accounts Only" but ING is a savings account. Do I just disregard this?

Yeah, the guy on the phone explained this to me. I don't withdraw much from online, and when I do it's usually once a month.

When you open up your account there's a link at the top that says "Direct Deposit Form." Routing and acct number should be listed there.
