Default Etiquette regarding Party screenames

When reading the "AK when to fold" thread, it occurred to me that I can't remember the last time somebody posted villain's screename in a thread. Is there some point of etiquette against doing this? The only thing I can think of is that the same guys who I play against every other day are probably the same guys who are reading this forum and that could get awkward.

It's proper etiquette not to include anyone's screen name unless you have permission.
