Lee,

Is this week the only week you have planned to run the triple and quadruple shootouts? Thanks.

Just my opinion, but you need more of these at a greater variation of time.

I'd like to see the 8-handed triple-shootouts priced at $50+4 rather than $22+2, so that the final two players at the final table both get seats, with the other six getting $600 apiece.

By the way, today's $22+2 triple shootout is almost full. With 4h 25 min to go, 472 are registered (cap is 512).

wow.

that was fast. I was thinking of playing in this one.

with that kind of popularity I would think that Stars would have to seriously consider running these longer than just one week.

Last night's quad-shootout went AWFULLY late though.

I'm guessing they thought 6 handed tables would go faster than they did. I would recommend a slight jigger in the structure: shorting round lengths by one minute, even, would help.

all it takes is one table going extra long because someone keeps disconnecting and getting '240 seconds added...tournament clock is stopped'

I had that happen in a satellite last night.
Same guy kept disconnecting every hand (it wasn't intentional...we were down to one table for crying out loud...and he apologized too).

For 9 or 10 hands in a row we go the little message in the chat-box 'so-and-so disconnected...240 seconds added' .
It was incredibly annoying.

I wrote to support about it and they explained that it was for the player's protection and that they didn't want disconnects to be a deciding factor in bigger-money tournaments (or something like that) and that it may help me sometime when I have connection issues.

I disagree with the policy of giving someone 240 seconds hand after hand after hand...but at least support responded quickly and to the subject.

about $24+2 to $25+2 would be great, then the other top 8 besides first would at least get enough for the $160 double shootout.
