Think i may of found a leak in my game

after 4300 hands ( i know this is a small sample )my PT stats are as follows
VPIP 13.99
VPIFSB 22.17
Folded SB to steal 94.12
Folded BB to steal 88.89
att to steal 17.17
WSF 30
BB/100 hands is 5.05
went to SD 29.79
won at SD 60.86
PF Raise 6.3
These stats are all from 2/4.. ill be moving up soon just need to make a little bit more b4 i feel comfortable with my roll at 3/6. Anyway based on these stats i feel that my leak might be my bb and sb defense? Are these numbers horrible? What kinda hands should i be calling with from the SB and BB to say a raise from the button. Also based on my stats are there any other apparent leaks as of now?
I would describe my play style as tight aggresive but am i playing way too tight on the BB and SB? For the most part i feel like ive been correctly folding garbage from the SB and BB but i dont know if these numbers justify that.. Any advice is greatly appreciated, thank you.

Welcome aboard Docta, but boy have you come to the wrong place with that list of questions. You'll have much better luck in the Small Stakes forum.

In all truth, that is the place for this kind of question, those guys and gals do know their way around a ring game, whereas here people will just assume you are Granny Mae, or Thomastem, in yet another disguise.
