Default Can you fund an account purely through interaccount transfers?

Say I make a new party account in a relative's name. Can I use my party account to fund and withdraw money to it? IE, it goes neteller -> kurosh's party account -> kurosh's mom's party account and back the other way.

You may be able to...and you may not. Party have taken offence before at people using their site as a bank, and I've had one person who I owed money to ask me to transfer it via Party. They then couldn't withdraw that money as Party required a certain playthrough of it. It's in their T&C somewhere.

Funding should not be a problem. I've transfered people money plenty of times. That was the only way they could get money online. But Party doesnt like people withdrawing right away. Didnt sound like you wanted to do that so there should be no problem.

you can set up a joint bank account with your mom, then set up her neteller. afterward just take her name off the bank account.
