Default Easy fold or easy call in winner take all MTT

I was perplexed as to what to do on this hand:

The tournament was a 200 dollar plus one rebuy winner take all MTT that started with 34 people. Players usually chop the prize pool with 3 players left. & people left and I had 6500 in chips, avg was about 8000 when this hand came up:

blinds are 200-400 with 50 ante

The table has been extremely tight with most pots being uncontested preflop or max of two players.

folded to me in LMP and I have JJ. I make it 1500 to go. folded to SB who is extremely tight and doesn't defend his blinds liberally at all. he calls and BB folds. The pot now has 3950.

Flop is 9 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]10 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]2 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

SB comes out betting 4000. Whats my move, knowing that when he called my preflop raise, my stomach turned.

is he leading out that strong w/ a set?

is he flat calling w/ QQ+?

i'd guess no for those two, so i'm calling.

His bet doesn't look like a set because it's so big and his call doesn't look like a big pair because it's not a raise, so I think you're good here. He could easily have played this way with JT, QT, KT, AT, maybe 77, 88, Axs, Kxs, QJ, etc. I push.
