Here's how you can use your old Neteller account on Party

This worked for me:

1. Close your old Party account
2. Have someone transfer you money to the new Party account (inter-account transfer)
3. Withdraw that money via your old neteller

The transaction will go through, but you'll get a call from Party/Pay-Pro. Simply tell them that you want to use your Neteller account for your new Party account. You will then be able to do so within 24-48 hours.
