UB, sort of. You can open a table and retrieve the 200 hands previously played on that table.

I believe on PokerStars you could historically grab hh's for games you weren't playing in. StarSpy took advantage of that to datamine. I'm not sure if it works anymore but it was officially banned by pokerstars.

From my understanding, it was banned but people are still using it.
