Default Horseracing newbie

Hey all,

Was wondering if anyone could direct me to the best resources for learning how to handicap horses. Also, has anyone had any success with Len Ragozin's methods? Thanks!

Beyer On Speed by Andy Beyer is a must buy and there is a guy called Tom Ainslie who seems to be some kind of expert. Use the search facily and put in 'ponies' or 'horses' and see what comes up here. You can also go to rec.gambling.racing.
