I voted ($10, 12/28) before I realized it was for stud high so disregard at will.

I'm happy at any price. 1 month (Dec 28) seems like a long time from now. I would also be happy to play sooner.

After Christmas is good. I'd play a Stud8 tourney at any of these limits, but probably not a stud high.

One thing to keep in mind is that you may not call it a 2+2 tournament. I'd want a day or two's notice, but I'll play either game for any amount up to $100.
