One more unorthodox line
Different game than the QQ hand. These guys were all loose and somewhat passive. I think my line is pretty clearly the best way to get maximum value here.
Party Poker 30/60 Hold'em (4 handed) converter Preflop: Hero is UTG with K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. Hero raises, Button calls, SB calls, BB calls. Flop: (8 SB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (4 players) SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets, Button calls, SB calls, BB calls. Turn: (6 BB) A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (4 players) SB checks, BB checks, Hero checks, Button bets, SB calls, BB folds, Hero calls. River: (9 BB) 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players) SB checks, Hero bets, Button calls, SB calls. Final Pot: 12 BB |

Re: One more unorthodox line
What happened to just betting the turn? What tells you that a loose passive Button will bet when checked to on that board?

What happened to just betting the turn? What tells you that a loose passive Button will bet when checked to on that board? [/ QUOTE ] I guess passive is a relative term here. Unless the button has specifically 2 pair or a set, this is getting checked through exactly never. |
