Acey-deucy (Commerce 40/80)
Good, not great, game last night. I'm not a huge fan of my seat -- I'm to the left of the two solid/tight players and to the right of three loose/bad ones -- but nothing's opened up for me yet, so I play on.
I get A2o in the BB. One of the loose/bad players limps UTG. Folded to the SB, who's solid and tight. He calls, I call. Flop: Ah9h4d SB checks, I check, UTG bets, SB folds, I call. Turn: Qh I check, UTG thinks and checks. River: 7c I bet. Comments? |

Re: Acey-deucy (Commerce 40/80)
This seems like a good hand to donk bet the turn. I would call down even if i get raised, because donkbetting looks donkish so you can't rely on them having a hand when they raise you.

If I'm raised on the turn, do you advocate calling down to showdown? This guy wasn't particularly tricky, FWIW.

Re: Acey-deucy (Commerce 40/80)
why not bet the flop?
a loose/ bad player isnt that likely to have a better ace and may call with worse hands right? |

If UTG is bad, I would jsut bet out and see what happens. Seems like he will call you down with a lot of hands you can beat.
