Some (very small) percentage of the time he'd cap on a complete bluff, but he is almost never capping a worse hand for value.

threebet the turn... he not folding anything. promise. no way he folds. thats why these games are the best.. they love to go three or four bets on ther turn without a hand.
threebet turn. ok. i would also threebet PF and give the guy an opportunity to cap it ioff... they love to that when there is a fourbet cap and they have pos. youve got the sb fish in there who prob has nothing so try to get get him to put in more $$ PF.
