caribbean sun bonus requirement is raked hands.
I've played a little more than 500 hands this far, and no bonus for me. I just contacted their support and they told me I have 390 raked hands. So it is 500 RAKED hands. I guess this is the last month I play there.

I didn't imagine this stuff. This has been discussed before and ppl were saying it's total hands. If I knew it's raked hands I wouldn't put all that trouble to play there.

I think some people were confused because PokerPlex's bonus is cleared at 300 hands played, whether raked or not. To the best of my knowledge Caribbean Sun has always been raked, only it used to be 250 raked and is now 500.

I played a little over 500 hands and got it. Not sure exactly how many but no way 500 raked. I was only playing 250 dealt when 250 raked was supposed to be the standard. I don't know any reason for me to be special. They are already moved from first to last on my list of cryptos to play. If they start making me play 500 raked, I don't think I will bother.

Just as I was writing this post I got the bonus of 40 dollars. So what ppl have been saying is true. Even though support told me it's raked , it's not. It just took them a long time ( More than 36 hr) to add it.
