Default Why is it taking so long for Stars to cashout?

I requested a neteller cashout at Stars 2 freaking days ago of just 100$ and I am still waiting. Why is it taking so long? Party needs an hour at most.

I did and they said they are looking to proceed with my request as soon as possible.

Maybe its because of the bonus goin on they might be backed up. I usually have the money almost instantly in neteller when i cash out.

That's surprising. From everything I've heard they are one of the quickest for cashouts.

I have only withdrawn from there one time but it was back in my Neteller account within 2 MINUTES of requesting the withdraw from the poker client.

Assuming this User ID is what you use on PS, the mail actually says "the funds have already gone through". If you don't have them yet, I recommend you email support again, for obvious reasons I don't really want to discuss your account details on a public forum.

Have you had a previous cashout within a week? I noticed that they always are slower than the first. As long as I have not had one within the week, my Stars' cashouts have been instantaneous as well.

What kind of play have you done there of late? A few months back, I only played there sparingly and they processed my cashouts slower.

FWIW....

That's down to the way the cashout system works. If possible, the system will "cancel" earlier deposits from NETeller, returning them immediately. If the cashout is above that amount, then it goes for additional security checks which take a few hours (up to 72).

It's unrelated to how often you play or what games you play, it's entirely down to whether you have "uncancelled" deposits or not.

Ok.... They deposited the money last night.
It seems I have problems with neteller.
