need help with two 10/20 hands

I fold preflop in hand 1, and will raise if I think it will buy me a free card. If necessary i'll cap for a free card.

Hand 2 I call down after the initial raise. Probably fold if a heart hits, esp the J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. Given the way you played it I call down but fold to a heart.

so why not wait till the turn in this hand to raise then and fold if you get 3 bet?
