Just call. There's a good chance that you're up against a flush with the way the hand was played. You could even be up against something like AT for a higher two-pair. If you 3-bet and he caps with the flush, then you've wasted two big bets while behind. This is an easy call rather than raise IMO.

Agree, you need to be ahead about 60% of the time here to be able to 3-bet, and I think you're not
