Default Flopped Set On 3 Suited Board

So i took some good advice and moved down limits. How do you like my line here?

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (6 max, 6 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

SB ($37.15)
BB ($5.65)
UTG ($46.75)
MP ($13)
Hero ($23)
Button ($26.15)

Preflop: Hero is CO with 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $0.10.
UTG calls $0.25, MP calls $0.25, Hero calls $0.25, Button calls $0.25, SB (poster) completes, BB checks.

Flop: ($1.50) 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(6 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets $1.5</font>, BB calls $1.50, <font color="#CC3333">UTG raises to $3</font>, MP folds, Hero calls $3, Button folds, SB folds, BB folds.

Turn: ($10.50) 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">UTG bets $3.5</font>, Hero calls $3.50.

River: ($17.50) 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
UTG checks, Hero checks.

Final Pot: $17.50

I'm no NL player but shouldn't you be raising the turn here like everytime?

fold you have .25 invested and the potential to loose alot if the board doesnt pair. and the heavy betting the flop makes it look like your beat so far

I'd post this in SSNL.

I don't see how you can fail to bet the river when checked to, though.

Like hell you fold there. The 1.50 bet from the SB just screams something like A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 8 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] to me, and the minraise being smooth called confirms it. I can't put him on a hand the turn card would help, and I'd have probably raised it to $10 on the turn.

Not to break balls, but isn't this a 1 suited flop?
