Default A spot where I feel trapped-TT in SB, overcards on flop/turn

Villan is a 45/8/1.0 over about 100 hands. Hasn't gotten out of line. I'd fold to a river raise. Any other way to play this?

My default line would be checking the river and calling a bet.
But if you believe this guy wont bluff the river than bet fold would be best
